Miami, Florida -- K-9ite Company will be introducing their first product, the K-9ite Safety Light via Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign in January 2018. The K-9ite Safety Light is the world's first and only LED safety belt for dogs, and is designed specifically to allow dog owners to maintain high visibility of their animal should it suddenly and unexpectedly get loose from its collar and leash assembly if struck with fear or excitement while under dark, low-light, or night conditions.
The K-9ite Safety Light not only adds a higher level of confidence and peace of mind for dog owners after the sun goes down, it also offers all-in-one features that both dog and owner will truly appreciate. For starters, the K-9ite Safety Light is unique in that it is fixed firmly yet comfortably over the dog's withers, which is the highest fixed point on the dog, and fastens around the chest with the SekureFit Elastic Comfort Band and quick release buckle, which allows for a dogs full range of motion and does not restrict movement. The device also features ultra-bright LED lights housed in a lightweight, weather-proof, non-toxic, silicone material, and allows programming for the full spectrum of color customization and several flash modalities, which can be controlled via Bluetooth connectivity and the K-9ite smartphone app. Finally, the K-9ite Safety Light is conveniently equipped with an internal USB re-chargeable battery that lasts for several hours when fully charged.
