OSBORN BARR ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP CHANGES

St. Louis, Missouri - Osborn Barr (O+B), a marketing communications agency with offices in St. Louis, Kansas City and Nashville, announces several senior-level leadership changes.
Among the leadership changes include: Nicole Phillips was promoted to senior vice president of account management and insights and data; Adnan Sabic was promoted to chief creative officer; Zach Arnold was promoted to executive creative director; and Neil Caskey was named executive vice president of client strategy.

"Our leadership team's passion and expertise in serving agriculture and connecting brands to rural America will help us chart the course for the next 30 years."
Phillips has been promoted to senior vice president. Phillips will lead the teams of Account Management and Insights and Data for the agency. She will oversee these teams to promote effective client relationships and develop data-driven marketing solutions to meet our clients' expectations while sustaining and growing the agency client base.
Sabic has been promoted to chief creative officer. Sabic will serve as creative spokesperson and creative strategist, being a visible representative both to clients and to the industry.
Arnold has been promoted to executive creative director. Arnold will oversee the agency's creative product from conceptualization through production for all clients and all offices.
O+B's client strategy will be led by Caskey. As executive vice president, Caskey will ensure the agency is approaching clients and its business from an insightful industry perspective. Working closely with the agency's Insights & Data team, Caskey will infuse ideation and differentiation into the strategy of the work for clients and business development to ensure there is a clear business impact. Caskey will continue to lead the agency's Ag Advisory Council.
