Sioux Falls, South Dakota -- Paulsen is pleased to promote Katie Hayward to associate creative director. Her expanded responsibilities include content strategy and creative direction in addition to creative development for some of our largest national and regional accounts.

She has been the lead copywriter for Kubota Tractor Corporation for more than four years and created winning campaigns and promotions for regional accounts such as Landus Cooperative, based in Ames, Iowa.

"Katie's ability to bring compelling creative ideas paired with her tenacity for detail and grasp of technology makes her essential to the client accounts on which she works," says Paulsen President Sara Steever. Katie has been with Paulsen since 2014. She is a native of Des Moines, Iowa, who graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in communication studies and minors in creative writing and advertising. Katie has always had a passion for storytelling and has kept a journal since fifth grade.
